Staple Pak Poly Bags:
Staple pak bags are just flat bags that have been attached to a cardboard header, generally in groups of 100. This convenient form of packaging makes it easy to distribute less-than-case quantities of bags to individual workstations. Also, staple pak bags are an intermediate solution to automated packaging as each bag has a "pre-opened" feature for ease in manual loading.  Request A Quote

Note: A 1.5" lip is added to the length of the bag to allow for the attachment of the cardboard header. A perforation can be placed between the lip and the bag for neatness in dispensing the bag.
