Patch Handle and Die Cut
These
are the workhorses of trade show bags. They are both
economical and highly effective. We start with high
gloss polyethylene film that has been electrostaticly
treated to receive your choice of up to 6 ink colors.
The large printable surface of this style of bag maximizes
the impact of your custom graphic or logo. Once the
film has been printed it is then cut and sealed to form
a bag, and the handle is "die cut" into the
bag on high-speed conversion equipment. Patch Handle
bags differ from Die Cut bags by the inner placement
of a heavy gauge, reinforcement "patch" around
the handle.
Die
Cut and Patch Handle bags can be produced to your exact
specifications, or if such precision is not necessary
